SAINT CATHERINE OF SIENA SCHOOL
FAITH. EXCELLENCE. CHALLENGE.
PROVIDING OVER 65 YEARS
OF QUALITY EDUCATION
CATHOLIC VALUES
Students of St. Catherine of Siena School attend weekly Mass and all Holy Days of Obligation. For the months of October and May, a decade of the rosary is prayed during morning assembly. We also pray as a community for special intentions needed throughout the world. The school community performs an Advent Program, Crowning of Mary, and Passion play, in celebration of our Catholic traditions and practices.
TECHNOLOGY
With 1:1 iPads in Fifth Grade through Middle School and Chromebooks for grades Kindergarten through 4th, computers and technology is integrated into every level of learning at St. Catherine of Siena School. The philosophy of our technology curriculum is to promote critical thinking as well as individual and collaborative problem solving skills through the exemplary use of computers and technology.
ATHLETICS
St. Catherine of Siena School offers after-school sports through the Inland Catholic Schools League (ICSL) for students in grades 5-8, which encompasses football, basketball, volleyball, soccer (First - Eighth) and track (Kindergarten - Eighth). This program is geared toward students gaining self-confidence while exhibiting good sportsmanship and a Christian attitude.

FOUR GREAT THINGS ABOUT
ST. CATHERINE OF SIENA SCHOOL
RELIGIOUS VALUES
Our school offers numerous opportunities for students to "live their faith". The day begins with student led prayers and announcements, they produce religious projects throughout the year, learn about the saints, participate in the Advent Program and Living Stations of the Cross, and the Schoolwide Learning Expectations (SLEs), which are faith based criteria for students
to master preschool through eighth grades. Our parents want a faith based academic program and feel their children get both at St. Catherine of Siena School.
SAFETY
Parents of St. Catherine of Siena School believe their children are safe within the walls of this school. They like the fact that their children are not bullied, we have an Immediate Response Information System (IRIS), security cameras on campus, and locked classroom doors.
ACADEMICS
St. Catherine of Siena School parents are happy with the academic program offered at this school. When students graduate and attend high school, parents believe their children are well prepared for academic success.
ADDED VALUES
Parents like the parent/teacher relationships they have within the school. They believe the school is welcoming, prayerful, and you know the school is "Catholic". St. Catherine of Siena School offers after-school sports through the Inland Catholic Schools League (ICSL) for students in grades 5-8, which encompasses football, basketball, volleyball, soccer (First - Eighth) and track (Kindergarten - Eighth). With 1:1 iPads in Middle School and Chromebooks for grades Kindergarten through 5th, computers and technology are integrated into every level of learning at St. Catherine of Siena School.
